MATERNAL, CHILD, AND YOUTH HEALTH PROGRAM
Multi-assistance outpatient clinic (AMAS)
AMAS offers pediatric care focused on health care. The initiative was made possible by Umane’s partnership with the São Paulo City Government and Instituto de Responsabilidade Social Sírio-Libanês. Medical specialists from ten different areas provide the care (in addition to the multi-assistance care provided by nutrition, nursing, neuropsychological assessment, and social assistance professionals) and focus on early diagnosis and faster initial treatment.

Result:
AMAS has been giving patients a better quality of life since 2000, lessening uncontrolled diseases and reducing morbidity and mortality rates.
