Created by ImpulsoGov, with support from Umane since 2022, the Impulso Previne platform brings together data, analysis, and recommendations on the priority indicators of Primary Health Care (PHC), whose performance determines the transfer of federal funds from the Ministry of Health to municipalities. The tool allows managers and teams to view results in a simplified way and use this information to improve coverage and the care provided in PHC.

Under the Juntos pela Saúde (Together for Health) program, the solution aimed to reach 240 cities in the North and Northeast regions and achieved a total of 244 municipalities in 2025. One of the platform’s main features is the nominal lists, which support the identification of individuals with pending exams, active tracking, the correction of registrations and records, and the organization of actions within the territories.

In 2025, ImpulsoGov adapted the platform to the new PHC co-financing model, effective as of January 2026, which expanded the quality component indicators from seven to 15. The logged-in area received new features, including updated lists for hypertension and diabetes. The Impulso Capacita (Impulso Training) front was also consolidated, with training sessions and webinars reaching more than 11,000 managers and healthcare professionals across the 244 municipalities.

The Citizen Messaging front reached 115 municipalities, with 531,000 messages sent and 245,000 people reached. This feature sends personalized alerts to SUS users and helps expand access to exams, appointments, and follow-up actions.

The project also gained recognition in 2025: ImpulsoGov joined the MIT Solve Global Health Challenge, won the Health and Well-being category at the World Summit Awards Brazil 2025, and was featured on the list of the 100 Best NGOs in Brazil. The year also marked the signing of a Partnership Agreement with the Ministry of Health, paving the way to expand technical cooperation and integrate ImpulsoGov’s solutions into national public health strategies.
