Developed by ImpulsoGov, the Impulso Previne platform centralizes data, analyses and recommendations in a single place, allowing health teams to visualize information in a simplified way, optimizing monitoring and helping municipalities improve their performance on the indicators that determine federal funding transfers from the Ministry of Health.

Within the Juntos pela Saúde program, the solution will reach 240 cities in the North and Northeast; in 2024, 51 municipalities from these regions had already begun using the platform’s logged-in area. In addition to territorial expansion, the project intensified testing of the messaging service for end users in five locations, showing highly positive results that validated the expansion of this feature to more than 100 cities in 2025.

Other important advancements included the incorporation of the childhood vaccination indicator—the only priority indicator still missing from the tool—and the restructuring and expansion of the team of specialists who work directly with municipalities, ensuring even more tailored support. Technical improvements were also made to streamline onboarding processes for new territories and prepare the platform to quickly incorporate new health indicators and nominal lists from participating municipalities in the future.
