DANIELE MUNIZ
Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst
Daniele holds a master's degree in Economics from UFRJ and a bachelor's degree in Economics from PUC-SP. Before joining Umane, she worked in research in the field of applied microeconomics and worked on projects in the areas of education and health. She has also worked in the private sector, focusing on market intelligence, planning, data analysis and strategic information management.
Viviane Quenzer
Communication Analyst
Viviane is gratuated and master's student in Linguistics at the Universidade Federal de São Carlos, researching the discourses on the written use of Brazilian Portuguese in the workplace. She works since 2019 with content production and management, has experience in communication for online user interaction interfaces, offline writing, social networks and inbound marketing. In recent years, she has actively participated in social projects with a focus on children's education and women's health.
Fabiana Ferraz
Analista de Parcerias e Novos Projetos
Fabiana é graduada em Nutrição e Mestranda em Saúde Pública pela Universidade de São Paulo, tem experiência na área de epidemiologia, tecnologia e saúde pública. É aprimorada em Transtorno Alimentares pelos Hospitais das Clínicas da FMUSP e interessada em escuta ativa e cuidado centrado no paciente. Nos últimos anos, integrou a equipe do Laboratório de Avaliação Nutricional de População da Universidade de São Paulo, participando do desenvolvimento de projetos em parceria com Ministério da Saúde, Prefeitura de São Paulo e segundo setor. Trabalhou como analista de projetos na área de inteligência artificial em saúde pela FIOCRUZ, onde participou da equipe de construção de softwares de saúde e aplicação em inquéritos nacionais. Atualmente também participa de grupos de pesquisa sobre os impactos da COVID e doenças crônicas não transmissíveis em populações vulneráveis.
Erika Lopes
Especialista em Monitoramento e Avaliação
Especialista em monitoramento, pesquisa e avaliação de projetos sociais e políticas públicas com foco em saúde, educação, voluntariado e juventude. Doutora em Educação pela USP, mestre em Desenvolvimento Econômico pela Unicamp, graduada em Economia pela PUC-SP e formada em Artes Plásticas pela Panamericana. Já atuou em grupo de pesquisa em Economia da Saúde, consultoria em diagnóstico social e instituições do terceiro setor. Antes da Umane, atuou no Instituto Unibanco por sete anos na equipe de Monitoramento e Avaliação.
Evelyn Santos
Gerente de Parcerias e Novos Projetos
Graduada em Nutrição e atua nas áreas de avaliação de serviços e políticas de saúde e epidemiologia aplicada, com experiência nos setores públicos, privado e terceiro setor. Nos últimos anos, integrou a equipe do Instituto Desiderata, nos projetos de Câncer Infantil e mais recentemente, de Obesidade Infantil. É mestre em Alimentação, Nutrição e Saúde (UERJ), residente em Saúde Pública (UFRJ) e especialista em Promoção da Saúde e Desenvolvimento Social (ENSP/FIOCRUZ), e atualmente foca em doenças crônicas não transmissíveis e promoção de saúde.
Fabiana Mussato
Coordenadora de Projetos
Fabiana é especialista em gestão de projetos sociais (COGEA-PUC) e psicóloga (Universidade Paulistana). Trabalhou no Instituto Unibanco coordenando a elaboração e execução de programas de voluntariado corporativo e na implementação de projetos em parceria com a Secretaria de Educação e rede pública de escolas nos estados do Pará e Piauí. Desde 2019 é coordenadora de projetos da Umane.
Claudia Santos
Analista Financeira
Claudia é graduada em Administração de Empresas pela Universidade Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC - RJ) e Pós-Graduada em Planejamento e Finanças, com experiência em elaboração e análise de relatórios gerenciais e financeiros. Desenvolveu a sua carreira profissional em grandes Multinacionais nas áreas administrativa, comercial e financeira. Trabalhou durante 4 anos no McDonald´s no departamento de Controladoria e mais 4 anos no Instituto Ronald McDonald no departamento de Administração e Finanças.
Lucas Gandolfi
Estágiario de Projetos
Médico interno na Faculdade de Medicina da USP, fundador e ex-diretor do projeto Semeando Educação. Atua em escolas públicas estaduais de periferia com alunos de ensino médio, informando sobre a universidade, vestibulares e importância da cultura do estudo.
Monique Moura
Coordenadora de Projetos
Bacharel em Relações Internacionais pela Universidade de São Paulo e apaixonada por Comunicação Não Violenta e Cultura de Paz. Ainda durante a faculdade, conheceu a trajetória de imigrantes e refugiados pelo Centro de Direitos Humanos e Cidadania, onde trabalhou próxima às instituições do Terceiro Setor em Direitos Humanos. Nos anos seguintes, conectou-se à Cultura Negra pela AFROBRAS na produção de eventos internacionais, como a Feira Internacional de Literatura e Cultura Negra, o Troféu Raça Negra e outros seminários em parceria com as Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). Foi assistente de projetos na consultoria Egon Zehnder, na prática de Setor Público e Social, onde também atuava na organização de eventos. Em seguida, foi secretária executiva na Fundação Maria Cecilia Souto Vidigal, uma das principais referências em advocacy da Primeira Infância. É voluntária pelo Rotary International em projetos comunitários e mantém o coração sempre aberto às ideias que podem fortalecer sustentabilidades.
Ludmila Poletti
Assistente Executiva
Bacharel em Secretariado Executivo Trilíngue, MBA em Gestão Estratégica de Negócios e MBA em Gestão de Recursos Humanos. Desenvolveu a sua carreira profissional no ramo da educação de Ensino Superior, atuando como Assistente Executiva da Reitoria das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU) durante 6 anos e mais 4 anos como Analista de Qualidade Acadêmica, coordenando projetos e ações sociais em consonância com os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) da ONU.
Carolina Kang Lee
Analista de Projetos e Planejamento
Carolina é graduada em Sociologia pela Universidade de Nova Iorque. Trabalhou durante 4 anos em instituições educacionais do terceiro setor com foco em desenvolvimento institucional, pesquisa, análise de dados e captação de recursos. Antes da Umane, atuou no setor privado na área de impacto social, integrando a equipe de seleção, avaliação e gestão de projetos sociais.

Planning and Projetct Analyst
Carolina has a degree in Sociology from New York University. She worked for 4 years in third sector educational institutions focusing on institutional development, research, data analysis and fundraising. Before Umane, she worked in the private sector in the area of social impact, integrating the team of selection, evaluation and management of social projects.
Evelyn Santos
Project Coordinator
A graduate in Nutrition, she works in the areas of evaluation of health services and policies and applied epidemiology, with experience in the public, private and third sectors. Over the past few years, she has been a staff member at the Instituto Desiderata, working on projects involving Childhood Cancer and, more recently, Childhood Obesity. She holds a Master's Degree in Food, Nutrition and Health (UERJ), a Resident in Public Health (UFRJ) and a specialist in Health Promotion and Social Development (ENSP/FIOCRUZ), and currently focuses on non-communicable chronic diseases and health promotion.
Fabiana Mussato
Project Coordinator
Specialist in social project management and psychologist, she has solid experience in management and implementation of social investment projects in public-private partnership. Before Umane, she worked at Instituto Unibanco coordinating the development and execution of corporate volunteering programs focused on education and implementation of projects in partnership with the Department of Education and the public school network in the states of Pará and Piauí. In the beginning of her career, she worked as a Psychologist in social organizations.
Alessandra Santos
Financial Administrative Coordinator
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Paulista (UNIP), Postgraduate in Controlling in Finance and specialization in Sustainability, Social Responsibility and Third Sector Management. She began her career in the accounting area at Sociedade Hospital Samaritano, where she worked for seven years. Later she was invited to join the Social Responsibility team at Associação Samaritano, now Umane, as part of the Administrative and Financial team.
Erika Lopes
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
Specialist in monitoring, research and evaluation of social projects and public policies with focus on health, education, volunteering and youth. She has a doctorate in Education from USP, a master's degree in Economic Development from Unicamp, a degree in Economics from PUC-SP, and a degree in Plastic Arts from Panamericana. Before joining Umane, she worked for seven years in the Monitoring and Evaluation team at Instituto Unibanco and, in the beginning of her career, developed studies and impact evaluations of health programs and public policies.
Monique Moura
Project Analyst
Bachelor in International Relations from the Universidade de São Paulo and passionate about Nonviolent Communication and Culture of Peace. While still in college, she got to know the trajectory of immigrants and refugees through the Center for Human Rights and Citizenship, where she worked closely with Third Sector institutions in Human Rights. In the following years, she connected with Black Culture through AFROBRAS in the production of international events, such as the International Fair of Black Literature and Culture, the Black Race Trophy and other seminars in partnership with the Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). She was a project assistant at Egon Zehnder Consulting, in the Public and Social Sector practice, where she also worked in events organization. After that, she was executive secretary at Maria Cecilia Souto Vidigal Foundation, one of the main references in Early Childhood advocacy. She is a volunteer for Rotary International in community projects and keeps her heart always open to ideas that can strengthen sustainability.

Claudia has a degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC - RJ) and a post-graduate degree in Planning and Finance, with experience in elaboration and analysis of managerial and financial reports. She developed her professional career in large multinational companies in the administrative, commercial, and financial areas. She worked for 4 years at McDonald's in the Controller's department and another 4 years at Ronald McDonald Institute in the Administration and Finance department.
Fabiana Ferraz
Project Analyst - Primary Health Care, Risk Factors, and NCDs
Fabiana is graduated in Nutrition and Master's student in Public Health at the University of São Paulo, with experience in epidemiology, technology and public health. She is trained in eating disorders by FMUSP's Hospital das Clínicas and interested in active listening and patient-centered care. In recent years, she has been a member of the Laboratory of Population Nutrition Assessment at the Universidade de São Paulo, participating in the development of projects in partnership with the Ministry of Health, São Paulo City Hall and the second sector. He worked as a project analyst in the area of artificial intelligence in health at FIOCRUZ, where he participated in the team for building health software and application in national surveys. He also currently participates in research groups on the impacts of COVID and chronic non-communicable diseases in vulnerable populations.
Ludmila Poletti
Executive Assistant
Bachelor's degree in Trilingual Executive Secretariat, MBA in Strategic Business Management and MBA in Human Resources Management. She developed her professional career in the field of Higher Education, working as Executive Assistant of the rectory's Office of the Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU) for 6 years and another 4 years as Academic Quality Analyst, coordinating projects and social actions in line with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Alessandra Santos
Coordenadora Administrativa Financeira
Bacharel em Administração de Empresas pela Universidade Paulista (UNIP), Pós-Graduada em Controladoria em Finanças e com especialização em Sustentabilidade, Responsabilidade Social e Gestão de Terceiro Setor. Iniciou a sua carreira na área de Contabilidade da Sociedade Hospital Samaritano, onde atuou por sete anos. Posteriormente foi convidada a integrar a equipe da Responsabilidade Social da Associação Samaritano, hoje Umane, integrando o time Administrativo e Financeiro.
