A iniciativa busca validar uma plataforma para a predição de novos surtos pandêmicos (Alert- Early System of Outbreaks with Pandemic Potential/AESOP), baseada em inteligência artificial, que monitora dados da APS e de outras fontes: número de atendimentos de saúde relacionados a determinada queixa e de internações hospitalares, compra de medicamentos em farmácias e circulação de rumores em redes sociais e veículos de comunicação.
The initiative seeks to validate a platform for predicting new pandemic outbreaks (Alert-Early System of Outbreaks with Pandemic Potential / AESOP), based on artificial intelligence. The system monitors data from Primary Health Care (PHC) and other sources such as: the number of health visits related to specific symptoms, hospital admissions, pharmacy purchases of medications, and the circulation of rumors on social media and in news outlets.

technical partnerships established with ACESSA and IQVIA to integrate medication and self-care product sales data into epidemiological surveillance
