Health Leaders (LIS): Primary Health Care

Under the name Health Leaders (LIS): Primary Health Care, this project axis of the Health Care Planning initiative is dedicated to training health leaders to plan and improve the organizational processes of Health Care Networks, driving the implementation of Health Care Planning in territories and ensuring the sustainability of the initiative. The first cohort, comprising 27 municipal, regional, and state managers from Pernambuco, completed the training journey in 2024.
Over seven months, the program delivered 24 classes totaling 60 hours of training, divided into the modules Public Health Management and Adaptive Leadership. The program also included group and individual mentoring, the definition of individual development plans, and other complementary activities. The project was implemented by Motriz, with support from Umane, Conass, PAHO, and the Pernambuco State Department of Education.
